More Drama in Pakistan Cricket!

Pakistan cricket and controversies go hand in hand. The Men in Green had a golden opportunity to shine on home soil during the ongoing Champions Trophy but ended up delivering a disappointing performance under Rizwan’s leadership. This has prompted the PCB to take bold measures, with his removal as captain expected to be among them.

Possible Changes for the New Zealand Tour

Pakistan’s upcoming tour of New Zealand, featuring three ODIs and five T20Is from March 16 onward, is set to bring further changes. Mohammad Haris, a leading candidate for the T20I captaincy, is also likely to be included in the ODI squad. Meanwhile, senior players like Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf are expected to be rested for the 50-over format.

Additionally, another name being discussed is Shadab Khan, who didn’t get much spotlight in the Champions Trophy. It remains to be seen whom the PCB will trust as Pakistan’s long-term T20I leader.
